eCommerce Operations Associate

Dynamite Studios is a brand studio that provides consulting services to early-stage eCommerce businesses. We provide expert consulting within operations, marketing, and customer experience to build the proper foundation for current and future businesses for our brand clients. Additionally, we found and develop company ideas, by incubating ideas with high market potential. We also consider making investments in promising start-ups.

We are seeking an eCommerce Operations Associate to help with a variety of tasks relating to operating an e-commerce shop, such as managing orders with our partner warehouses, uploading content to our webshop, uploading ads to social media platforms, and managing translations of content for our webshop and marketing.

The position is fully remote.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee orders are being properly sent and fulfilled by our 3PLs
- Help manage shipments of products to influencers
- Help manage inbound logistics of products from our factories to our 3PLs
- Respond to customer service tickets promptly and professionally
- Provide marketing optimization reports related to website key performance indicators and traffic trends
- Assist with the agency founder on various initiatives including weekly financial reports and scheduling
