eCommerce & Marketplace Sales Manager

Restaurant Equipment Online is seeking a highly skilled and proactive eCommerce & Marketplace Sales Manager to maximize the number of product listings available online across all sales channels. This role is integral to ensuring our products are visible, error-free, and optimized for sales on platforms like Google Merchant Center, eBay, Amazon, and Mirakl.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Google Sheets, including expertise in arrayformulas, Google Sheets scripts, and automation tools, as well as experience managing and resolving issues on marketplaces and Google Merchant Center.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings Management:
- Ensure maximum product visibility by creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting product listings across all marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Mirakl) and Google Merchant Center (GMC).
- Address and resolve errors or issues preventing listings from going live.

Google Merchant Center Optimization:
- Fix GMC feed errors and ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Regularly update and optimize listings for better performance.

Marketplace Maintenance:
- Resolve listing errors and other technical issues on platforms like eBay, Amazon, and Mirakl.
- Create and execute promotions to drive sales on these platforms.

Google Sheets Mastery:
- Use advanced Google Sheets functions, including arrayformulas, scripts, and automations, to manage product data.
- Identify and fix spreadsheet errors that affect workflows and data accuracy.

AI & Automation:
- Leverage AI tools like GPT to troubleshoot technical issues, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
