We’re looking for an eCommerce Manager with deep Amazon expertise and a strong understanding of D2C growth to own and scale our Amazon, Walmart, and e-commerce channels. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll take full ownership of marketplace performance, supply chain, and P&L, working cross-functionally to drive profitable growth.

You’ll work closely with our in-house marketing director (handling off-Amazon paid media, organic social, and email marketing) while focusing on Amazon, Walmart, and direct eCommerce operations, optimization, and performance. What You’ll Own

eCommerce Growth & P&L Ownership:
- Own and optimize the P&L for Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, ensuring profitable revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a multi-channel eCommerce strategy, balancing top-line growth with cost efficiency.
- Identify and drive revenue expansion opportunities across marketplaces and D2C (Shopify).

Amazon, Walmart & Marketplace Management:
- Manage and scale Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center, ensuring account health and compliance.
- Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD, DSP) and Walmart Ads, working with internal and external teams to maximize ROI.
- Optimize SEO, listing content, A+ Content, and conversion rates across all SKUs.
- Handle inventory forecasting, demand planning, and 3PL coordination to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Own product launches, ensuring successful execution across all sales channels.

D2C & Shopify Growth:
- Oversee Shopify performance, collaborating with the marketing team to improve conversion rates, CRO testing, and site optimization.
- Partner with the in-house marketing team (handling paid media and email marketing) to support and scale D2C traffic growth.
- Leverage Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads insights to refine D2C sales strategies.
- Ensure seamless Shopify fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices, track ad spend, and ensure financial accuracy for eCommerce operations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on eCommerce KPIs, making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with suppliers, fulfillment partners, and logistics providers to optimize operations.
- Stay ahead of eCommerce trends, Amazon algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Who You Are

- 8+ years of hands-on eCommerce experience, with deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central and multi-channel selling.
- Proven track record of scaling Amazon and D2C businesses, with direct experience managing a $XM+ revenue eCommerce business.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to track, interpret, and optimize performance, ad spend, and profitability.
- Expertise in Amazon PPC, SEO, and conversion optimization, with a strategic approach to growth.
- Experience with 3PL logistics, demand forecasting, and supply chain management.
- Understanding of D2C growth levers (CRO, landing page optimization, AOV/Upsells), with prior Shopify experience.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, SMS, and email marketing strategies, though execution will be handled by the marketing team.
