Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

Manage the online catalog by adding, updating, and removing POS hardware products.

Write clear, accurate, and engaging product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.

Ensure product information is complete, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing product images, banners, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics for social media and email campaigns.

Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic that aligns with our brand identity.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Analyze sales data and website metrics to make data-driven merchandising decisions.

Suggest strategies to improve product placement, pricing, and promotions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales team to ensure the website functions smoothly and efficiently.

Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer needs and feedback.

Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in eCommerce merchandising, preferably in the IT or POS hardware industry.

Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Basic knowledge of IT hardware and POS systems.
