Responsibilities of this role:
Oversee and control the shipping of products.
Monitor inventory across warehouses and marketplaces.
Make weekly suggestions of inventory movement.
Create shipment plans and provide shipping labels to the warehouse person.
Update shipments tracking.
Reconcile inventory with suppliers.
Deliverables & Actions:
Weekly inventory monitoring KPI update.
Weekly reporting on each product's shipments to be created.
Daily monitoring of shipments in each marketplace.
Daily KPI update for any shipment changes.
Create shipment plans and provide shipping labels to the warehouse person.
Review stocks spreadsheet and update it when there is any inventory movement.
Track and request reimbursement for lost inventory.
Reconcile inventory with suppliers.
Review and request supplier invoice updates.
Skills:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Critical thinking.
Attention to detail.
Good analytical skills.
Excel skills (we work a lot with Google Sheets).
Computer skills and technology. You need to be comfortable with learning new applications and softwares.
Have the ability to follow SOPs.
Requirements:
Experience in any form of logistics work is desired but not demanded. We will provide some training for 1 month.
Expected to work for the long term.
This is a full-time job - 40-hour work week. Concurrent full-time employment elsewhere is not acceptable.
Expected working hours between 9am-5pm GMT or another agreed upon hours that enable fast communication turnarounds.
Have a good computer with fast internet access.
