We are an Australian-based eCommerce brand looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer VA to join our team. Our focus is on creating high-quality, visually appealing ads and creatives that connect with our audience.

- Happy with a job where 90% of work is producing static ads and 10% video editing
- You are willing to complete a test ad (details below), we are interviewing the winners on video
Job Responsibilities:
- Design scroll-stopping static ads for social media platforms
- Follow our Do’s and Don’ts guidelines for ad creation to ensure creative diversity and consistency.
- Occasionally edit short-form videos or GIFs for social media ads.
- Collaborate with the team to iterate and improve creatives based on feedback.
- Follow the naming conventions and organisation standards for ad files.
Requirements:
-Strong skills in graphic design with experience creating ads for eCommerce brands.
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Bonus for Figma, Slack and Asana experience
- Bonus for basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools).
- Ability to work with detailed guidelines and workflows.
-Strong understanding of social media ad formats, including 4:5, vertical, and square.
-Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
-Reliable internet connection and a strong work ethic.
