Key Responsibilities of eCommerce DTC Coordinator:
1. DTC Channel Operations & E-Commerce Management – Manage Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon storefronts, ensuring accurate product listings and updates.
2. Team Coordination & Communication – Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners (agencies, influencers, affiliates).
3. Content & Affiliate Coordination – Support marketing efforts, manage creative requests, and assist with paid media scheduling.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting – Analyze key eCommerce metrics, including AOV and ROAS, to drive data-based decisions.
5. Influencer & Affiliate Program Support – Manage communications and logistics for affiliate and influencer partnerships using Levanta.
6. Review Management (Nice-to-Have) – Monitor and respond to customer reviews, providing insights to improve engagement.
