You will be working closely with the founder, and the whole company is a team of 11.

Working Hours: available during EU business hours (08:00-17:00 Amsterdam time)

Day to day activities (but not limited to):
- Influencer research, outreach & follow-ups
- Update KPIs, inventory & finance dashboards (Google Sheet)
- Website translations & updates
- Customer Service
- EA tasks to founder, like scheduling & admin work

Must-Have Skills:
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Great communicator – able to persuade influencers to promote our products

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with influencer management or customer service (we can provide full training)
- Experience with Monday, Shopify & Gorgias
- A love for (house)plants

Perks & Benefits (You’re a Contractor, but We Care About Our Team!):
- 13th-month pay (pro-rated if yearly)
- Regular raises based on performance every 6-12 months
- Fly out to the Netherlands after 1 year of employment

Your Task:
We want to collaborate with houseplant influencers to promote our Sybotanica soil mixes in our target market. Your job is to find at least 3 influencers, analyze their posts, and craft a personalized outreach message using our template.

1: Influencer Research

Find 3 Instagram influencers in the houseplant niche who:
- Have 5,000 – 50,000 followers
- Actively post high-quality plant content
- Engage with their audience (check comments & likes)

Add them to a Google Sheet with:
Instagram handle
Follower count
Engagement rate (estimate)
Link to their most recent plant-related post

2: Plant Identification & Soil Match
Use an online plant identification tool to identify the plant in the influencer’s recent post.
Find the best soil mix for that plant using our guide.

3: Personalized Outreach Message
Using the provided template, craft 3 personalized messages for each influencer.

Message Template:


"Hey ,
I really like your in that recent post. I have some specialized for it if you would like to try.

Kind regards,
"
Make sure the plant name and soil mix recommendation are accurate and specific.


Submission Instructions:
