eCommerce Associate Manager - Join the Doc Itchy Family

Hey there! Are you passionate about pets and eager to contribute to a growing business that truly makes a difference? Doc Itchy, a family-owned small business led by a top veterinary dermatologist, that develops medical-strength treatments to keep pets healthy, happy, and itch-free. We started by mixing products by hand at a local veterinary clinic in the US. Now we’re growing fast and need a rockstar virtual Associate Operations Manager to help us expand even further!

You’ll be an essential part of our journey, providing support with marketing, inventory management, and Amazon store operations. Don’t worry—you’ll never be alone. We work together every step of the way, and we’ll provide training to help you master the tasks at hand and grow your skills in the eCommerce space.

**What You’ll Do**
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations smooth and efficient as we scale. Your responsibilities will include:

Amazon Store Administration

-Prime Pricing updates and coupon management
-Monitoring reviews and customer messages
-Help with A/B testing
-Tracking inventory levels and updating product listings
-Helping with PPC campaigns, SEO optimization, and eCommerce strategies

Marketing & Social Media

-Assisting with social media content creation, scheduling, and influencer engagement
-Helping manage email campaigns and customer relations

General Management
-Help with hiring specialist contractors to support specific tasks (video creation, label design, 3D mock ups, etc)
-Manage contractor work progress

**What We’re Looking For**

-You’re a strategic thinker with an eye for detail
-You’re open to learning and excited to grow with us
-Experience with Amazon FBA, PPC, SEO, or Digital Marketing? That’s great! If not, well provide training for you to be an expert
-You are comfortable in taking on complex, ambiguous processes and breaking them down into manageable and documentable steps
-You’re organized, self-driven, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
-Great communicator with strong English proficiency

**Recommended Qualifications**

-2+ years experience with Amazon FBA
-Experience with key word research, PPC and marketing tools
-Experience with Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Figma, Helium 10, Jungle Scout
