eCommerce Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our small eCommerce business, which specializes in accessories for Tesla owners. This is a multi-disciplinary position that encompasses purchasing, marketing, and customer support responsibilities. Responsibilities:

Purchase:

• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Process purchase orders and negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate the supply chain efficiently.

Marketing:

• Execute Klavyio email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
• Implement SMS marketing strategies to reach our target audience effectively.
• Manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Participate in Reddit community postings to promote our products and engage with potential customers.
• Generate reports and analyze marketing data to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Support:

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally to provide excellent service.
• Manage returns and exchanges efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate shipping and tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working for eCommerce brands, preferably in a multi-disciplinary role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers and customers.
• Proficiency in Klavyio email marketing, SMS marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and analyze data to drive business decisions.
