Job Description:
As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via email, chat, and social media. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while representing the Sleefs brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media.

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Provide product information and recommendations.

Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

Identify and escalate issues as needed to management.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience (e-commerce experience preferred).

Strong written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using customer service software and online platforms.

Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Passion for sports and fitness is a plus!
