Job Opportunity: Dispatcher for Luxinet Management in Dallas, Texas

We are looking for a dedicated dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Position Requirements:
• Availability: 6 days a week, working 10-12 hours per day.
• Language: Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Equipment: Must have a personal computer, smartphone, and a stable internet connection, along with a separate mobile internet connection for backup.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is required. We are not looking for beginners.
• Skills: Must be able to work efficiently, handle pressure, make decisions quickly, and take initiative.

Additional Notes:
• The candidate must demonstrate responsibility and reliability.
• Training will be provided, but we expect the candidate to have a basic understanding of the role from previous experience.

Compensation:
• Starting salary: $200 for the first month.
• Increase to $300 in the second month, with further raises based on performance.
• Bonuses and additional incentives may be discussed based on results.
