We’re looking for a highly-skilled Digital Marketer who knows how to acquire and convert leads for a service-based business. If you eat, sleep, and breathe lead generation, paid ads, and conversion optimization, this is for you.

This is not a junior position. We need a high-performance expert who can take charge of marketing and drive real results.

PAID ADVERTISING & LEAD GENERATION

Running high-converting Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram Ads
Managing a monthly ad budgets and improving ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Generating consistent B2B leads for corporate wellness, hotels, and event clients

EMAIL MARKETING & AUTOMATION

Setting up high-converting email funnels (cold outreach, retargeting, abandoned bookings, post-massage follow-ups)
Using Mailchimp, and instantly ai to automate client engagement.

SEO & ORGANIC GROWTH

Improving Google rankings & local SEO for corporate massage searches
Running LinkedIn & Reddit marketing to bring in high-value B2B leads
CONVERSION RATE OPTIMIZATION (CRO)

Optimizing landing pages, booking forms, and sales funnels for higher conversion rates
Running A/B tests to improve ad & website performance
TRACKING & REPORTING

Analyzing marketing KPIs and providing weekly reports on ad performance, leads generated, and ROI
Making data-driven decisions to improve results

The Right Fit for This Role:
? You have at least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing & lead generation
? You’ve successfully scaled service-based businesses
? You know how to turn cold leads into booked appointments
? You’re obsessed with performance metrics – tracking, optimizing, and improving every campaign
? You can independently strategize and execute marketing campaigns without micromanagement
? You understand luxury services & B2B marketing strategies
? You have strong copywriting skills – you know how to write ads & emails that convert

???? Base Salary: $1000-$2000 per month (Based on Experience)
