JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Support position available for 15-20 hours a week. We are looking for a self-starter with strong attention to detail and some CRM experience.

Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Must have strong customer service experience with self-driven initiative and can follow SOP's, and create SOP's where needed.

This position requires a lot of problem-solving and critical thinking.

We use Infusionsoft/Keap but do require some experience in any CRM platform.

Some duties include:

Managing new and ongoing program memberships - including: refunds, billing issues, and making account updates
Handling member and pre-member (new leads) emails
Sending email broadcasts out to specific lists
Managing new and ongoing subscriptions (refunding, starting/stopping, changing from one to another)
Understanding of tagging and segmentation
Understanding of how purchase and marketing automation works
Must show resume when applying.
