Job responsibilities
1. Respond to players’ questions online instantly, communicate with players, and answer game-related questions;
2. Quickly respond and reply to every player’s game questions
3. Collect and summarize player questions and suggestions, provide timely feedback to the internal group, and assist the technical department in handling player issues;
4. Accept temporary work assignment arrangements and job transfers issued by department leaders
Job requirements
1. Fluent in English and Brazilian, fast typing speed; proficient in computer operation; able to accept the work shift system
2. Love the game industry; like various game types and get started quickly;
3. Proficient in operating computers and office series software;
4. Personality suitable for service, service-minded, good at communication and expression; patient and empathetic
5. Have strong sense of responsibility and execution ability; full of work enthusiasm and team awareness
