Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cold Caller Specialist to make outbound calls to restaurants using a triple line dialer. Your goal will be to introduce DishRunners’ benefits, qualify leads, and set appointments with decision-makers.

This position requires:
? A fixed, full-time schedule (40 hours per week, no flexibility)
? A quiet, distraction-free workspace
? Experience using a dialer to make high-volume calls
? Strong sales and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls daily to restaurant owners and managers.
Clearly explain DishRunners’ benefits, focusing on cost savings, expanded delivery areas, and increased order potential.
Engage and qualify leads, handling objections professionally.
Set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Requirements:
?? Experience with a triple line dialer (e.g., Mojo, CallTools, or similar).
?? Excellent English skills (both spoken and written).
?? Previous sales experience—strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
?? Dependable and punctual—must stick to the fixed schedule.
