client relationship and social media manager

This role is 50% Client facing, calls, lead follow ups, and will require a basic knowledge of accounting practices which you will learn. If you are only looking to aid with social media then we are not a good opportunity for you.

We are looking for someone with proficient english who is comfortable speaking with clients and team members over the phone about tax, bookkeeping, insurance, and investment matters. THE PRIMARY COMPONENTS OF THE ROLE ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOCIAL MEDIA if you are only proficient in social media this role is not for you. Finance Therapy Group is a tax & accounting firm looking to expand on social media and a person who is well versed between customer relations and social media would be the perfect fit. We need someone to design our graphics, come up with captions, keep up with data analytics, and manage our incoming client process. Great personality with some interest in tax and accounting. A lot of this role focusses on customer experience and serving all of our clients needs.
