Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing
Repurpose webinar transcripts and course outlines into blog posts, social media content, and
Write and schedule
Organize and segment
Create social media posts and graphics using Canva to promote services and upcoming courses.
Funnel and Tech Support
Assist with building, updating, and troubleshooting funnels in ClickFunnels and GoHighLevel.
Upload content, test workflows, and integrate
Act as the backup for technical issues related to funnels, ensuring smooth operations when the primary tech person is unavailable.
Course Marketing Support
Help create marketing materials, sales pages, and
Manage pre-launch and launch-day operations, such as scheduling posts and sending reminders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content writing,
Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, or GoHighLevel (or willingness to learn).
Basic understanding of funnel workflows and
Proficiency in Canva or other design tools for creating graphics.
Strong English communication and writing skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Work Schedule:
Part-time: 20–25 hours per week.
Flexible working hours, with occasional availability to handle urgent tasks.
