Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will contact potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality appointments that convert into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls,
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they meet company requirements.
Schedule appointments for the sales team and update calendars accordingly.
Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and address any questions.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
