We are looking for 2 more multitaskers that can make outbound calls on our dialer, while finding and compiling leads to input in the dialer. We are buying and holding properties all throughout the USA to use as rentals. the leads we will need you to find will be people that are interested in selling their homes. Looking for people that already have experience calling in the real estate field. Also looking for people that already have expedience in compiling and finding leads from sources like propwire, redfin, zillow plus all the other ones. Looking for someone that has experience inputting leads into a dialer, we use Call Tolls. Last thing we are looking for is experience in Outbound Appointment setting calls. You will be calling to confirm They are willing to sell and a few other questions, then setting our closer up with an appointment to close. Pay is hourly, plus bonus for each property we buy. Call Times are 8am est to 8pm pst 7 days a week. When you send me a message, be sure to put what days and times are best for you. Also put if you are able to adjust your times or not. We shouldn't need to adjust any times unless the hours and days you pick are not productive.
