Job Advertisement: Cold Caller/Appointment setter

Working Conditions: Monday to Friday 11am-7pm EST. Fully Remote.

Compensation:

- 25000PHP (Monthly)
- 250/qualified inbound lead appointment showed
- 500/qualified cold call lead appointment showed
- 1500/closed deal by our sales rep from your appointment
- total up to 60000+ per month

Experience: 2 years+

About Us:

We are a marketing agency that primarily runs ads for car detailers in the US. We are currently looking to add another person to the team as we are rapidly growing. Here are some information about the role:

Responsibilities:

- Cold call detailing businesses in the US
- Qualify cold leads but also inbound leads that come through from our ads
- Schedule video sales call appointment
- Follow up with leads.

What You Need:

- Fluent, American-accented English – Professional, clear, and easy to understand. DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR ENGLISH IS NOT IMPECCABLE.
- Strong internet connection & quiet workspace – No background noise or dropped calls.
- Confident & engaging – You can keep conversations flowing and handle objections.
- Organized & detail-oriented – You stay on top of follow-ups and track progress.
- Experience with cold calling tools is a plus! (If you have software recommendations, even better!)
