As a Zoho Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications, ensuring they are fully aligned with the needs of our business. You will work closely with various departments to automate processes, optimize CRM functionalities, and provide training and support for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Zoho CRM Management: Customize and configure Zoho CRM to align with business processes, workflows, and reporting needs.
2. Application Integration: Implement and manage integrations between Zoho apps (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, etc.) and third-party systems (e.g.,
3. Automation: Set up workflows, automation, and custom functions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluent or excellent proficiency in English for effective communication with international teams and clients.
• Proven experience as a Zoho Specialist, CRM Administrator, or similar role, ideally with hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM and its suite of applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Zoho’s tools, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, and Zoho Flow.
• Ability to create custom reports and dashboards within Zoho.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
