We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team in this multifaceted role as a Zoho Solutions SME, Trainer, and Account Manager.

Job Summary: This role is crucial to our client success, encompassing three key functions: serving as the primary Zoho expert during onboarding, providing post-development training, and offering ongoing account management. The successful candidate will leverage their deep Zoho knowledge to understand client needs, deliver effective training, and build strong client relationships. Excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English are essential, along with a passion for helping clients maximize the value of their Zoho investments.

Responsibilities:
Zoho SME & Client Onboarding:
- Lead initial onboarding calls with Filipino-speaking clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments, identifying key requirements and recommending appropriate Zoho applications and configurations.
- Serve as the in-house Zoho expert during the onboarding phase, providing guidance to internal teams.

Zoho Trainer:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for clients on the developed Zoho applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user guides, and video tutorials.
- Tailor training content to specific client needs and industry best practices.
- Assess client understanding and provide ongoing support to ensure effective Zoho utilization after the development phase.

Account Manager:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Filipino-speaking clients, understanding their evolving business needs and goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests after the training phase.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Zoho solutions.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with Flow IO's services.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Filipino and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience as a Zoho SME or consultant, with a deep understanding of multiple Zoho applications (e.g., CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Desk, Creator, etc.).
- Experience in conducting client onboarding calls and performing needs assessments.
- Experience in delivering software training to end-users.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Zoho certifications are a strong plus.
