Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Zoho CRM & Zoho Campaigns Specialist to optimize our CRM strategies and processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Zoho CRM & Zoho Campaigns capabilities and a proven track record of implementing and managing CRM solutions that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

As a Zoho CRM Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in customizing, configuring, and maintaining our Zoho CRM system and Zoho Campaigns buildouts to improve our sales processes and customer interactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexible work hours and the chance to contribute significantly to a project on a part-time or gig basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and refine Zoho CRM strategies and solutions.
Build, Implement and refine Zoho Campaigns strategies and solutions.
Customize and configure the Zoho CRM to align with business objectives.
Provide training and support to team members on Zoho CRM functionalities.
Analyze CRM data to improve customer engagement strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zoho CRM.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns including customization and configuration.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and training capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Asana.

2. If you’re available for 5-10 hrs a month to upgrade our Zoho functionality and do campaign buildouts as needed.

3. If you have the expertise to review our Zoho processes and provide guidance as to ways to improve and better leverage Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns as a tool (dashboards, workflows, integrations, email and SMS campaigns).
