Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Zapier/API Specialist to help us automate workflows and integrate various applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zapier, API integration, and a knack for problem-solving. This project-based role requires a commitment of at least 30 hours, with the potential for ongoing seasonal work based on the project's success.
Rates: Around AU$ 15 / but also open for negotiation

Key Responsibilities:
- Adjust, design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Zapier.
- Integrate and automate processes involving Google Apps, QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, and Dialpad.
- Collaborate with tea
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing workflows and integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
- Document workflows and integration processes for future reference.
- Provide daily progress reports on tasks and milestones achieved.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Zapier and API integration.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks.
- Proficient in using tools like Postman or similar for testing APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide regular updates.
- Familiarity with various business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing tools).
- Experience automating Google Apps, QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, and Dialpad.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, etc.].
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
