Job Responsibilities:
Zoho CRM Management: Oversee and maintain Zoho CRM backend, ensuring smooth operation of contact management, sales pipelines, and customer data.
Zoho Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows,
Customization of Zoho CRM: Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, and layouts to match the company's business processes and reporting needs.
Zoho Integration: Integrate Zoho CRM with other apps within the Zoho ecosystem (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics) and external platforms as needed.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate, track, and analyze reports from Zoho CRM, including sales performance and customer behavior, to inform business decisions.
SEO Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and identify high-traffic, relevant search terms that align with the company’s goals.
On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimize the company’s website for SEO, including improving meta tags, internal linking, and image optimization.
Content Strategy with SEO: Work with the marketing/content team to develop SEO-driven content strategies to increase organic search traffic.
SEO Audits and Recommendations: Perform regular SEO audits of the website, identifying technical issues and providing solutions to enhance rankings.
Link Building and Off-Page SEO: Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase website authority and improve search engine rankings.
Monitor SEO Performance: Use tools like Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, and Search Console to monitor and report on SEO performance metrics and ROI.
Competitor and Market Analysis: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
