ZOHO Dev needed to create API's

We have two API's that need to be created / updated in Zoho.
The first requirement: When a Zoho Form (Service Ticket) is submitted, a new ticket should be created in Zoho Desk (this part we have completed already). However, the Service Ticket Form requires the submitter to attach images and or files. This is the issue we need help with. When the Service Ticket is submitted, we require that the attachments are saved in the attachment tab in Desk labeled in the file title with the date the file was submitted. For instance if the file was submitted on January 1, 2024. Then the file name would be the date and then the file name -- Like this---> 2024-01-01-File Name

The second API use case is when a new deal is Won in Zoho CRM we require two folders to be created in Zoho Workdrive with a specific set of Subfolders.

This project should take no more than 2-5 hours and will pay a flat $100.
