Youtube Video Editor, Short form content, animations

Hi There,

I have a small Youtube about Business Building and Real Estate in America. I need some help improving the video production and editing portion for this work.

My current process media production process ->
1. Produce long form content on Youtube,
2. Use AI editing app - Opus Clip to edit 1- 2 min clips for social medias - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, tiktok etc.
3. Create Outro reel for the video on Canva
4. Finalize Clip and schedule 1 -2 posts across socials, using Opus

What i need -
1. I want to shoot my videos outside of youtube and give you the raw file to edit/ animate / improve to upload to youtube.
2. My responsibility - producing content - A and B rolls. Your responsibility - to mix it together, add music, effects, animations.
3. I need a Intro theme/ Video for Youtube
4. I need an outro for Every video on social media clips
5. You to have best editing strategy and execution for this channel to reach 100K subscribers in the next 5 years.
6. animation and graphic creation support - the brand is called the rich fridge, i would like to add some funny animation of a fridge in my videos.

2. Final Cut

5. Canva
6. Open to other tools you need to be successful.
