Youtube Thumbnail Designer with AI Tools

I'm looking for a long term thumbnail designer who can make thumbnails for the storytelling niche

I am looking for someone who has the below qualities:
1. Good thumbnail designer with experience
2. Ability to use AI tools for creating images (Midjourney, ChatGPT Dall-E, Flux, Leonardo, etc)
3 Reasonable turnaround time
4. Be creative

Images would be generated based on a summary of the video topic. You will have access to this summary, proposed video title, and full video script as references for creating images. We are expecting you to be able to generate a relevant thumbnail based on this content.

All images would need to be a minimum of 1920 x 1080 or larger, in 16:9 aspect ratio. There are additional AI image creatives that can be created for channel banners and profile pictures for right fit.

Not required but additional plus if you have Adobe Premiere video editing skills.

Please provide multiple examples of thumbnails you have created in your proposal. (google drive), and estimate of time it would take you to generate (1) thumbnail based on the examples provided at end of this job posting.

We are looking at uploading hundreds of videos a month, so fast turn around time and attention to detail is important.
