Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic YouTube Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of YouTube channels. You will develop strategies to grow audiences, manage community engagement, and analyze data to ensure consistent success. If you have a knack for creative problem-solving and staying ahead of digital trends, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags for searchability.
Implement strategies to grow subscribers and audience engagement.
Analyze performance metrics such as views, CTR, and retention rates.
Create and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with YouTube policies, including monetization guidelines.
Assist with pre- and post-production processes to maintain quality standards.
Manage collaborations with creators or brands to foster growth opportunities.
Assist and collaborate with the CEO for video content creation

Qualifications:
Proficiency in YouTube Analytics and understanding of algorithms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva).
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online branding strategies.
A proactive mindset and adaptability to emerging trends.

Details:
Working Hours: Full-Time, 8 AM - 5 PM CST, Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
Starting Rate: $5/hr
