You will play a pivotal role in the channel's growth, content production, and day-to-day management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and proficient in video editing and digital content optimization, with a strong understanding of copyright compliance in the music industry. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of content, from concept creation to upload and analysis, ensuring the channel consistently delivers high-quality, engaging, and monetizable content.

Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation
- Video Editing
- Edit high-quality videos by combining music tracks and copyright-free footage to align with the channel's niche.
- Add text overlays, effects, and transitions to enhance video appeal.
- Ensure all videos meet the platform’s technical requirements (resolution, aspect ratio, etc.).

Music Selection:
- Research and select music tracks that align with the channel's theme (e.g., mood, tempo, or genre).
- Ensure all selected tracks are copyright-free or appropriately licensed.

Thumbnail Creation:
- Design eye-catching thumbnails with compelling visuals and text that maximize click-through rates (CTR).
- Adhere to YouTube’s thumbnail best practices (bright colors, readable text, appropriate sizing).

Uploading Content:
- Upload videos to YouTube with optimized titles, descriptions, and tags to increase visibility and searchability.
- Use scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

SEO and Metadata Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance video rankings.
- Research and include trending keywords, hashtags, and phrases relevant to the channel's niche.

Content Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly track video performance metrics (views, watch time, audience retention, CTR).
- Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest strategies for improvement based on analytics.

Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, popular music tracks, and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
- Adapt content strategy to reflect trending topics in the channel's niche.

Copyright Compliance:
- Source music and video assets from pre-approved copyright-free platforms (e.g., Pixabay, Pexels, Epidemic Sound).
- Conduct a thorough review to avoid copyright claims, strikes, or demonetization risks.

Quality Control:
- Consistency and Quality Assurance:
- Maintain consistent branding across videos, thumbnails, and channel elements.
- Conduct final checks for typos, formatting issues, or audio/video mismatches before publishing.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential copyright issues proactively and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure all uploads comply with YouTube's community guidelines and policies.

Administrative Tasks:
- Content Organization:
- Manage a content calendar to track deadlines, uploads, and future plans.
- Maintain a library of assets, including video clips, music tracks, and design elements, for efficient reuse.

Communication:
- Respond promptly to feedback and make revisions as necessary.

This will be a remotely administered PART TIME [20 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video.
