YouTube video editor

I am starting a YouTube channel that will primarily be doing "Longs" but occasionally "Shorts" as well.

We teach young children how to read using our program and am looking for an hourly video editor who is very skilled and can edit the content so that it looks good and sounds good and can sort through the content so that it's very short.

We are looking for someone who can do a very modern look and is willing to learn our product so you can include page numbers, etc. In the video.
