The role involves editing long-form, educational "how-to" videos with minimal edits, as well as creating eye-catching thumbnails to prepare content for daily uploads. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent work with a streamlined editing process.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing:

Edit long-form educational videos (usually one-take) with basic cuts, transitions, and enhancements as needed.
Add minimal effects or graphics to enhance the video (if necessary).
Ensure videos maintain a professional and polished look while keeping edits simple.
Thumbnail Creation:

Design engaging and visually appealing thumbnails for YouTube to maximize click-through rates.
Ensure thumbnails align with the branding and style of the channel.
Content Management:

Edit and prepare all videos for the week in one batch, ready for launch.
Collaborate to meet weekly deadlines and ensure smooth scheduling.
Requirements:
Experience:

Proven experience editing YouTube videos, with a portfolio of previous work (must include long-form content examples).
Familiarity with creating YouTube thumbnails.
Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
