What We Need:
We’re hiring a YouTube video editor to create 12 videos per month (3 per week). Each video will be 8-20 minutes long, and we expect up to two rounds of revisions per video, if needed. The ideal candidate will have great video editing skills, access to their own b-roll sources (such as Storyblocks or similar), sound effects, and an editing platform. You’ll handle all technical aspects of editing, ensuring that the final videos are polished, engaging, and ready to be shared with our audience.

Responsibilities:
Edit 12 videos per month, each between 8-20 minutes long.
Work with the provided main video footage and various b-roll components.
Add b-roll, visuals, call-to-action elements, transitions, sound effects, and perform color grading to enhance the video.
Use your own sources for b-roll, sound effects, and editing tools.
Collaborate using Upgrade to see actual info for the editing workflow (we will provide the Upgrade to see actual info subscription).
Provide up to two rounds of revisions per video. Revisions may include minor adjustments (e.g., trimming, re-ordering, b-roll changes). Major revisions will be discussed separately.
Deliver videos on time every week with consistent quality.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure a steady video output.

Requirements:
Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Access to b-roll sources such as Storyblocks or similar (you must provide your own b-roll).
Experience in editing YouTube videos or other online content.
Strong knowledge of adding sound effects, transitions, lower thirds, and other visual elements.
Color grading experience for enhancing the visual quality of videos.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with Upgrade to see actual info or similar video collaboration platforms is a plus.
Organized, reliable, and able to communicate effectively.
Ability to take constructive feedback and revise videos accordingly.

Payment & Terms:
Pay is $50-$60 per video (up to 2 revisions included). Candidates with more experience and faster turnaround times will be considered for the higher end of this range.
Timely delivery is essential. We need all 12 videos per month to be edited and delivered consistently on time.
There is flexibility in pricing based on quality and experience.
We will not track your time worked but expect results to be timely and consistent.
You will have access to our Upgrade to see actual info account for collaboration, feedback, and revisions.

Hiring Process:
Once I have reviewed applications and their submitted work examples, I will choose several candidates for a paid "working interview". During this interview, you will edit one video (compensated at the standard rate of $50), and based on your work, I will dUpgrade to see actual info who to move forward with. This ensures we find the best fit for both parties.
