JOB OVERVIEW

We are a large channel on Youtube that puts out 1 video per week.

We are looking for someone who is intelligent, a self-learner, can interpret data on you tube and optimize each video for a very high CTR.
This is harder than it sounds. For example, last week's video was titled
I'm a SMALL TOWN COP in Ohio. This call changed my life.

Your job would be to read each week's story (so you understand possible marketing angles), familiarize yourself with the genre on youtube, with youtube marketing etc., come up with different title angles for the video, match them with our art (using canva or photoshop), swap them out on youtube, monitor the data and interpret it correctly, and increase the click-through-rate of each video.

Note: You need to be able to use canva or photoshop because you have to be able to swap out thumbnails/art on your own. We have a full-time artist but you would need to direct his work, pair the titles and art in a program, swap on youtube and monitor.

You also need to have excellent English. The main part of your job is tweaking/changing titles written in English to appeal to an English speaking audience.

Examples of variations for that title (off the top of my head).
I'm a Retired Cop. This call changed my life.
I worked as a Cop. This is my terrifying story.
I'm a Detective. Our town is under attack.

Small changes like that can have an absolutely incredible increase in CTR on youtube.

Note: This position is 100% results based. It's about you achieving tangible, impressive results. It's harder than it looks - trust me. This isn't some position where you go to ChatGPT, plug in some bs, and think that's gonna fly; it's not. It takes creativity, objectivity, and LOTS of trial and error.

Work hours are 9am-1pm M-F Philippines time.
