YouTube + TikTok Account Manager

This will be a part time moving into full time role as long as you perform well and we like working together.

I'm looking for someone with EXPERIENCE in both posting and optimizing Youtube channels and TikTok accounts.

We are posting long form and short form content on YT and taking our shorts onto TikTok too. We want to optimize our processes and ensure we are doing all we can to get views.

Your role would be to go into our accounts 2-3 times per week, check tags/hashtags/engagement/views, etc and analyze where we are experiencing drop off, what's doing best, what is not doing well, and seeing for videos not performing well if there are things we can do to increase views and engagement.

You MUST have experience in these types of accounts, with a proven track record of helping grow accounts.
I want to see proof, and get referrals from Creators you've worked with. If you will not provide that, do not apply.

---> What your process is for auditing channels, determining how to optimize, etc.
---> How you work with the channel owner to ensure the accounts are growing
---> And anything else you feel is relevant that I should know that makes you the ideal person for this role.

If you are selected, I will want to begin working with you immediately. As my channel grows, that will mean this role will increase it's capacity. We are a brand new channel, with only a few videos currently out and they are not performing at all. I'm looking for someone smart, experienced, savvy, and knows what they are talking about. The wages will be a starting point, as you prove to me you can really do the job and support channel growth, I am more than happy to discuss raises.

I am assuming for now, it will be a 2/week role, until we get our workflow in order- we are still figuring out how to work as a team effectively. I'm listing this at $150/month for a few hours per week, roughly $6/hr to start. This includes a weekly team meeting.
