YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed (EXPERIENCED!) Pays Well!

I am looking for an experienced YouTube thumbnail designer who is SMART, FAST and works hard. I have worked with PH VA's for years. My designers love me, and I love them! :) I am looking to add someone HARD WORKING, HONEST and DEDICATED to the TEAM as soon as possible!

Must be technologically SAVVY. We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines for everything. So this is a GREAT job with weekly work available. If things go well with Thumbnails, other design opportunities are also available.
