YouTube Thumbnail Designer *LONG TERM*

Hello, we are looking for a FULL TIME thumbnail artist for our YouTube channel with close to 200k subscribers and averaging 15 million views per month and its sister channel. (Linked below)

We have been designing every single one of the thumbnails on our channels and we are now looking to employ a talented thumbnail artist. You’ll need to be a confident YouTube thumbnail designer and we will mentor you how we’d like our thumbnails done on the channels.

Requirements:
- Must have latest version of Photoshop
- Monitoring other YouTube channels and analysing what is currently working in the niche
- Have a good understanding of YouTube analytics or be willing to learn
- Easy to communicate with
- Able to work to deadlines
- Must have a discord account for communication
- Must be comfortable talking via a discord call for meetings, thumbnail reviews, etc
- Must have a high level of english
- Must work well in a team

Hiring process:

3. Be prepared to complete a thumbnail trial that will show off your abilities
4. If we like the thumbnail you’ll be hired and the paid mentoring program will start so you can be trained and make money at the same time

Price:
1500USD per month + a performance bonus + all Photoshop expenses will be covered by us
This is a full time long term position with constant work for the next 2 years and beyond

Performance Bonus:
You will be monitoring CTR on our new uploads on the channel. When the CTR performance is above a benchmark CTR percentage you will earn a bonus for the video performing well. Which will be discussed with successful candidates.
