YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Amazon & Biz Niche)

We’re NOT looking for a graphic designer.
We’re looking for a visual storyteller who knows how to make someone STOP SCROLLING and say “WTF is this?”

If you:

Know how to inject fear, FOMO, and curiosity into thumbnails

Understand contrast, tension, facial expression, and bold text

Can take a boring topic like “FBA mistakes” and make it emotionally charged

Are OBSESSED with testing, tweaking, and increasing CTR

…then you’re who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create 3 thumbnail variations per video (YouTube long-form)

Work closely with our team to understand the angle/hook

Design with speed + quality (2-3 day turnaround max)

Take raw ideas and translate them into scroll-stopping visuals

Occasionally help repurpose thumbnails for short-form or promos


What You Should Have:

Portfolio of HIGH-CTR thumbnails in business, money, or ecom space

Fluent in Photoshop or other pro tools

Clear understanding of click psychology

Fast, communicative, coachable


Bonus Points If You:

Have edited for biz YouTubers before

Understand Amazon FBA / Ecom / Biz YouTube content

Have experience with A/B testing thumbnails
