Do you love designing thumbnails that grab attention and make people click? We’re looking for a Thumbnail Designer to create high-quality, scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails!

What You’ll Do:
- Design engaging and clickable YouTube thumbnails
- Follow given ideas and use our brand assets
- Submit clean, high-quality designs that fit YouTube best practices

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in graphic design (especially YouTube thumbnails)
- Strong skills in Photoshop or other design tools
- A good eye for colors, fonts, and composition
- Creativity and the ability to make thumbnails stand out

How the Hiring Process Works:
1. After applying, you’ll complete a quick skill test to show us your design skills.
2. If you pass, you’ll do a paid trial project ($10 for one thumbnail).
3. If the trial goes well, we’ll bring you on at $5/hour.
