You are a specialist YouTube thumbnail graphic designer who is able to work independently and take ownership of your role, and also love being part of a close knit team. You're not just looking for another job, you're looking to be part of a big vision, and you understand your role is an integral part of bringing that vision to life.

You will be responsible for designing high quality, attention grabbing YouTube thumbnails that maximise click through rate and align with our clients visual identity. You will collaborate with our content and marketing team to create thumbnails that make a strong first impression and drive audience engagement.

You must understand and apply best practises for YouTube CTR, including colour contrast, facial expressions, text placement and composition.

We are looking for someone with proven experience designing high converting YouTube thumbnails, and a past portfolio is required.
