YouTube Thumbnail Designer

We are looking for a YouTube thumbnail designer for 1-3 videos per week but this could evolve into a full-time design position over time. We currently produce 1 video per week but we are about to go to about 5 per week and are looking for help.

This will be paid per thumbnail for now.

Please send us a few sample YouTube thumbnail designs to review. Also, please let us know how much you would charge per thumbnail assuming about 15-25 thumbnails per month.
