Position: Part-Time YouTube Thumbnail Designer
Pay: $5 per thumbnail (expected 20 thumbnails per month = $100/month)
Location: Remote

About the Role:
I’m looking for a talented designer to create 20 high-quality YouTube thumbnails per month. Your work should align with the style of thumbnails I provide, ensuring they are bold, clean, and highly clickable. You’ll be an integral part of helping my channel grow by grabbing the attention of my audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design 20 thumbnails per month that align with the provided style guide and examples.
- Create visually striking designs optimized for YouTube click-through rates (CTR).
- Make sure that we can create realistic thumbnails will cool locations (see examples)


Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record of designing YouTube thumbnails with strong performance metrics (portfolio required).
- Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent.
- Style: Ability to replicate and align with the thumbnail style provided in the description.
- Creativity: Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition that grabs attention.
- Communication: Open to feedback and quick turnarounds when required.
