Key Responsibilities:

• Design attention-grabbing and click-worthy YouTube thumbnails that align with our brand style and target audience.
• Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and the marketing team to ensure thumbnails reflect the video’s message and content.
• Research YouTube trends, competitors, and audience preferences to create high-performing designs.
• Deliver thumbnails on time, maintaining a consistent upload schedule.
• Revise and optimize existing thumbnails to improve click-through rates (CTR).
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices for YouTube thumbnails.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on YouTube thumbnails or social media content.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs.
• Knowledge of YouTube and its algorithms, particularly how thumbnails impact CTR.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with YouTube creators or digital marketing teams.
