YouTube Thumbnail Designer

My company and I are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with an eye for visual storytelling to join our team. We need someone who is REALLY good at creating YouTube thumbnails specifically. :)

Key Responsibilities:

-Design attention-grabbing, visually appealing YouTube thumbnails that accurately represent video content.
-Collaborate with the content creation team to understand video themes and target audience.
-Experiment with different design styles and elements to maximize click-through rates.
-Optimize designs based on performance metrics and feedback.
-Stay updated with current trends in design and YouTube best practices.
-Provide final artwork in the required format and resolution.
-Contribute to teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings with creative ideas and feedback.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails or similar digital designs.
-Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
-Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
-Ability to interpret analytics and adapt designs to increase viewer engagement.
-Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
