Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Thumbnail Artist to join our dynamic content creation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling and visually appealing thumbnails that effectively represent our video content and attract viewer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Custom Thumbnails: Create unique, eye-catching thumbnails for our YouTube videos that adhere to YouTube's recommended dimensions (1280 x 720 pixels) and aspect ratio (16:9).
- Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all thumbnails
- Image Selection and Editing: Utilize high-quality images, either sourced or captured from video content

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on digital media or social platforms.
- Proficiency in design software
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition
