Job Description:

As our YouTube Strategist & Channel Growth Lead, you'll be the mastermind behind our YouTube presence, responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

*Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals. This includes:
- Idea Generation: Brainstorming innovative video concepts that resonate with our target audience.
- Scripting: Writing engaging and informative video scripts that capture attention and drive action.
- Research: Conducting thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Directing: Providing creative direction to ensure high-quality video production.

*Channel Management: Optimize our YouTube channel for discover ability, engagement, and growth. This includes:
- Posting & Scheduling: Uploading and scheduling videos strategically to maximize viewership.
- Content Calendar Management: Maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging videos.
- Community Engagement: Interacting with viewers, responding to comments, and fostering a thriving community.

*Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of YouTube strategies. This includes:
- Monthly KPI Meetings: Presenting performance reports and insights to the team.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Using data to identify areas for improvement and refine content strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

*Proven experience in YouTube marketing and channel growth.
*Strong understanding of YouTube best practices and algorithms.
*Excellent scripting, storytelling, and video production skills.
*Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing YouTube analytics.
*Strong communication and presentation skills.


Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research.
* Familiarity with social media marketing and cross-promotion strategies.
* YouTube Content consuming practices

* Thumbnail Generation

Compensation and Benefits:

$-$$$$: Greatly depends on Experience & Plan to grow the Channel
