**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and creative individual to manage our YouTube, podcast, and social media platforms, with a focus on promoting meditation retreats, life coaching, and spiritual healing. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing skills, experience with social media advertising, and be comfortable using content creation tools. This role offers potential for full-time work after a successful 5-month trial period.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize YouTube content using SEO and tools like **vidIQ**.
- Oversee podcast production and distribution.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across **TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Clubhouse, Eventbrite, and Meetup**.
- Create and manage social media ad campaigns to drive engagement and registrations for events, using **Facebook Ads Manager**, **Instagram Ads**, and **TikTok Ads**.
- Promote meditation retreats and events on social media and event platforms.
- Create engaging content using tools like **Canva**, **CapCut**, **ChatGPT**, and **MInvo Clip**.
- Manage landing pages and event promotion with **Zenler**.
- Analyze performance data from both organic and paid campaigns to optimize future strategies.

**Qualifications**:
- Experience managing YouTube, podcast, and social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Clubhouse, etc.).
- Proven success in running social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Experience in marketing meditation retreats or spiritual events.
- Proficiency in tools like **ChatGPT, MInvo Clip, Canva, CapCut, vidIQ**, and **Zenler**.
- Familiarity with holistic wellness, life coaching, or spiritual healing content.
- Strong communication, organization, and content creation skills.
