Job Description:
As a Video Editor at LIVESOTORI, you’ll take the lead in shaping our video content strategy and will play a key role in driving the creative direction of our YouTube channel. You will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to produce engaging, impactful videos that align with our core values. In addition to editing visually appealing content, you will analyze video performance, implement growth strategies, and lead the team in optimizing our content for maximum YouTube visibility, traffic, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos that captivate our audience.
Optimize videos for YouTube’s algorithm, ensuring maximum visibility, click-through rates, and viewer retention.
Incorporate feedback from team members to improve video content and alignment with our brand.
Analyze YouTube performance metrics and adjust strategies based on what works best for audience growth and engagement.
Create thumbnails and titles that are visually striking and align with YouTube’s best practices.
Maintain a library of content and raw footage, ensuring easy access and organization for future edits.
Collaborate with the team on ideation for video content that resonates with our mission of empowering individuals in affiliate marketing.

Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, SEO optimization for videos, and analytics tools.
Ability to create attention-grabbing thumbnails and compelling video titles.
Creativity in editing and storytelling to maintain viewer engagement.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, especially in remote work settings.
Familiarity with Envato or similar platforms for accessing video templates and resources is a plus.

Starting Pay: $4 - $6 per hour (with opportunities for performance-based bonuses).
