This multifaceted position requires a blend of coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage various marketing tasks, including advanced HubSpot components such as the dashboard, workflows and sequences. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a guest podcast pipeline based on the ideal guest profile.
• Demonstrate proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential guests.
• Manage email communications with guests before and after podcast recordings.
• Coordinate with the video editor to ensure timely release of podcast episodes.
• Utilize Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop for light design work as needed.
• Create social media strategy to generate engagement on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others for promoting our podcast.
• Handle social media engagements, including postings, comments, and reviews.
• Generate and distribute newsletters on a weekly basis to engage with the audience, as well as, keep customers informed about updates, tips and relevant news related to SaaS platform.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage tasks and guest relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with podcast publishing platforms such as BuzzSprout, Apple, and Spotify.
• Create regular blog posts using WordPress to drive engagement.
• Possess social media and SEO skills to enhance online visibility.
• Create support materials, software feature descriptions, and newsletters for the customer base.
• Develop instructional videos and visual aids to assist users in navigating the SaaS platform effectively.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, HubSpot CRM, WordPress, and social media platforms, especially YouTube.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
